Empowering Girls to Rise, Regulate, and Reclaim Their Voice By Kieana Rose | Empowerment Mentor | Founder of Wildly Liberated
Radical Change Maker. Girl-Womens Empowerment
Empowerment Education for Girls & Women | Western Australia
Building emotionally resilient girls. Supporting women to rewrite their story.
Wildly Liberated delivers empowerment education, rites of passage programs, and wellbeing workshops for girls, young women, and mothers across Australia and beyond.
In today’s fast-paced world, girls are growing up disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by anxiety, and unsupported in understanding their emotional and physical changes. Schools and families are asking the same question:
How do we support girls to thrive — not just cope?
Wildly Liberated exists to change that.
I work closely with nature, weaving together emotional education, embodiment practices, and ancient wisdom to gently soothe busy minds and help restore balance. My work creates a bridge between chaos and calm .. inviting more joy back into girlhood/womanhood.
This is the time to know who is Kieana Rose.
Vision & Mission
To revolutionise self-esteem and emotional education for girls across Australia, creating a generation that understands, takes care, and trusts their internal world.
Wildly Liberated exists to give girls the essential comprehension of what is happening within their bodies hormonally, emotionally, and neurologically so that when challenges arise, they can regulate rather than react.
By teaching emotional intelligence, body literacy, and self-awareness, we help young people reconnect with a fundamental appreciation of self.
This deep knowing eradicates shame, the quiet force that keeps girls small, silent, and disconnected, and replaces it with confidence, compassion, and courage.
When girls are empowered to speak openly about their bodies, cycles, and emotions, shame loses its power and self-worth becomes their foundation.
School information
Why It Matters
Research shows that when young people understand and regulate their nervous systems, their prefrontal cortex, the brain region responsible for focus, empathy, and decision-making, functions more effectively. This directly supports emotional regulation, academic performance, and interpersonal connection.
Students who develop emotional literacy experience:
- Higher self-esteem and sense of belonging
- Improved academic engagement and performance
- Healthier relationships and communication skills
- Reduced anxiety, stress, and reactivity
In a world where suicide remains the leading cause of death among adolescents, emotional and body education is not optional it’s vital.

Meet Kieana
Hello, Kieana here Empowerment Mentor, Mother of Two, and Co-Founder of Wildly Liberated. I co-founded and Facilitated Rites of Passage: Becoming Retreats for the past 2 years.
I support girls aged 9–18 as they navigate the powerful transition from childhood into young womanhood, and I walk beside women who are choosing (sometimes) for the first time .. rewrite their story.
I am a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and emotional education. I know firsthand the courage it takes to face your story, tend to your wounds, and choose a different path. By transforming my own trauma into a message of liberation, I now lead from lived experience with compassion and an open heart.
An adventurer at soul, and a self-confessed fear-fighter (yes, even public speaking!), I live by a few non-negotiable mantras that guide both my life and my work:
“The moment we see that love is infinite, we no longer question our worth.” — Kieana
“When intrusive thoughts roll in, I ask: What would love do?” — Kieana
“If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can’t survive.” — Brené Brown
